GUWAHATI: Two more COVID-19 patients have been cured and will be discharged on April 29, informed state health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
These include a 35-year-old patient from Dhubri and a 22-year-old patient from Goalpara. After this, Assam will have a total of 7 active cases.
Talking about the two fresh cases found in the state on April 28, he said that the 16-year-old girl from Bongaigaon was in home quarantine while 71-year-old from Goalpara was in facility quarantine. Both were found to be COVID-19 positive.
